Is the packaging of my orders discreet?
Yes. At Moonrocksonlineshop, we know how important it is to send Moonrock and all related products safely and discreetly without raising suspicion. That’s why orders are placed in a padded brown envelope in which there is no sign of the content. This way, security, and discretion are guaranteed.
What shipping options DO YOU HAVE?
- Mainland and the Balearics: Shipped by Tipsa courier service with a delivery time of 48/72 hours from dispatch.
- The Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla: Shipped by regular mail and delivered within 10-15 working days from dispatch.
- Other information regarding discreet priority delivery is kept private.

What’s the shipping policy in South American countries?
We ship to all South American countries, except to Argentina, with the following conditions:
- Payment method: payments can be made by bank transfer in euros or by credit card, Visa or Mastercard Bitcoin, Cashapp, Wired Transfers. To complete the payment, your bank will send a security code to your phone for every purchase you make. Should you not receive it, it may be because your card is not enabled or your bank doesn’t have your phone number. Please, make sure you can shop online with your card.
- Shipping method: by regular mail, in a sealed envelope without delivery notes or shipping bills for more discreet and safer shipments. Sending your order by regular mail reduces not only the shipping costs but also the risk that it is held up at customs. The disadvantages are the longer delivery times, ranging from 15 to 30 working days, and the lack of a tracking number, making it impossible to know the exact location of the parcel.
- Customs: if the parcel gets lost or is held up at customs, WE SHALL NOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE. Most parcels reach their destination without any problems, but there’s a small likelihood of this happening, in which case we won’t give any refunds or send the order again. Only when the parcel detained by customs comes back to us, will we send it again, once it reaches our premises. or contact us for more appropriate negotiation.
What if my order is stuck at Customs?

What if my order doesn’t arrive?
If your order doesn’t reach its destination before the due date, you’ll have to contact our Customer Service department by sending a mail to info@Moonrocksonlineshop.com indicating your order number. They’ll inform you about your order status and help you if any problems arise.
